I tried another recipe from the Biggest Loser cookbook. It is from the breakfast section and was pretty tasty....I would say 3 out of 5 Mmms. You place banana halves in a bowl with cut sides facing inward. Spread peanut butter evenly over the open bananas. Spoon the yougurt in the middle and top with 2 tablespoons of crunchy low-fat cereal, such as granola or Grape-Nuts.
Per serving it has 294 calories, 8 g of protein, 7 g fat, 5 g fiber
I ate it awhile before working out and it really gave me energy to get through it. Worth a shot if the ingredients sound good to you.
